EMF’s at work- Electromagnetic Frequencies

You may ask, “What is a third-eye head cold?” Well, it’s exactly that. The electromagnetic frequency (EMF) and AI technology world we inhabit exposes us to frequencies that break down our energy field as ungrounded frequency rays flow through us. 

I have been writing a book since 2024 and am now editing it. As a result, I am glued to my laptop, iPad, and iPhone whenever I can. Listening to music, I am bringing my story to life with excitement, moving through my bones. Consequently, so do the EMF frequencies from every device reach my third eye as I open deeper within. How can I combat this effect? 

Computer display lights turned to the lowest setting, warm tone on this highest, writing under the orange light of a salt lamp…helps. And an amethyst crystal at hand…literally.

Human brains, phones, and garden weeding

Now we hold the cancer-generating phones to our heads. I don’t; I simply cannot.

After a few seconds, my brain feels trapped inside a doorless, clanging microwave oven, magnifying vibrations likened to the Antichrist of dolphin sounds. Hence, I spend some minutes swearing, looking for my headphones. 

I miss the old landline with the long cord into the wall socket. That was grounding. I should invest in one again.

 It’s not surprising I love gardening, weeding, and planting. Covering my hands in healthy, wet, brown soil and letting charged EMFs fall away from my body.

The New Generation – ADHD and Neurodivergent Haven

Our ADHD neurodivergent new generation of kids is obsessed with technology. They absorb it and spit it out at a similar rate, and with their own unique line of intelligence.

I hope the new generation are evolving enough to withstand all.

Whilst EMF frequencies are on the rise, so are hertz healing frequencies to balance the brain waves. At 54, I listen to those frequently. They too heal your chakras with the ancient solfeggio frequencies.

The ancient art of Solfeggio Frequencies

Some ancient tricks still exist. Did you know that the core Solfeggio scale roots back to the 9th and 10th centuries? The original 6-tone system used in Gregorian chant.

The Hz-based therapeutic sound frequencies, from 174 Hz to 963 Hz, were decoded in the 1970s using Pythagorean numerology by Dr Joseph Puleo.

Sounds like alien talk to me, big heads using telepathic waves. But aliens do exist, don’t they?

Futuristic past lives- I AM I WAS- The Light and the dark

My book is a memoir titled; I AM I WAS. Why read it you may ask?

I spent 9 years as the owner of a New Age wellness centre – Leap of Faith Wellness blog- where frequencies, dimensions, vibration, energy fields, healing, intuition, emotion, sound, smell and brain waves counted the most.

My staff were mostly psychics and healers of the ancient arts, bringing their own unique frequencies into the world.

That was from 2006 to 2015, when I was in my thirties.

A grief-induced spiritual awakening led me there. God had re-entered my equation at a time depression overwhelmed me.

Like yin and yang, two sides always exist. The darkness and the light of life.

Darkness became the psychic underground of cursed past lives.

Light was the unfolding journey of our return to God; the interconnectedness with our divine essence within.

My memoir I AM I WAS is all about that. I am almost ready to start pitching to agents.

Vibration and the hidden messages in water

Take Masaro Emoto’s book, The Hidden Messages in Water. It explains, gives evidence and documents on vibration.

In his research, he took water to almost the freezing point, where it starts to crystallise, yet still moves. Next, he took vibrations of any kind, both positive and negative and placed them next to the water.

And then he took a photo! Simple.

The crystalline structure formed beautifully around positive vibrations such as classical music and words like love and harmony.

Around a microwave oven or words like devil and death, the crystalline structures fell apart into warped-looking cancerous cell-like structures.

Our bodies are 90% water at birth, reducing to 70% as we age.

It all makes perfect sense!

To sum up… back to my third head cold. It all makes perfect sense to me! Now does it to you too?

It’s now 6 am. That’s my one-hour morning write for Sunday.

Switching off my dimmed iPad, I am going back to sleep now. My solfeggio hertz music for colds is ready on my iPhone, a chunky amethyst crystal in my right hand under the glow of my salt lamp.

Now, where are those dam headphones?
